Scribit wants you to be delighted with your new purchase. However, if you need to return your robot, we're here to help.
Returns & Refund Policy :
If for any reason, the Client is willing to return the Product purchased from the Store and request a refund, the Client must notify it to Makr Shakr no later than 30 days following the date of purchase (the "Cancellation Period").
In order to initiate a procedure to return the Products, the customer should communicate with the Customer Support of his decision to return the Product within the Cancellation Period. The buyer shall provide details on where and when the Product had been purchased and the reasons for returning it.

If your robot is damaged and you're willing to return your product for an exchange, please reach out to our Customer Support by opening a ticket on https://support.scribit.design/hc/en-us

IMPORTANT: Upon sending the product back to us, please make sure that you send it in its original box, as any other packaging might damage the robot during its transportation. A Scribit robot sent to our premises, not in its original packaging will not be repaired/refunded.
All returns should match the conditions below:
1) It must be in the Original Box
2) It must not show attempts to open the Scribit
3) It should not miss any component
4) It should not show any clear damaging action from the user (scratches, fire, etc)
