If the o-ring inside the pen holder cap get deformed during marker insertion, removing the pens might be difficult. This happens when the pen holder cap is too tight or in case of using other markers than ours. the diameter could be a little bit bigger than how it should be with respect to the o-ring marker adapter you are using.
Removing the markers hardly out of Scribit could damage the slot and take the entire piece out of its place.
However, In case you are facing this issue, follow the instructions below:
1- remove Scribit from your wall and place it on a desk in a horizontal position
2- unscrew the pen holder cap
3- use a plier in order to bring the pen holder to its correct position: it may be hard to rotate, but keep in mind that the goal is to bring the tooth back to its normal rail. This operation is also possible without the plier, but by hand, the rotation could be complicated since it requires some force.
A note: In case of using a plier and you find some difficulties to rotate the slot impossible, try in the other direction.
IN ORDER TO AVOID THIS TO HAPPEN
Please be pay attention and be careful when you remove the markers (work with screw/unscrew the pen holder cap) and with Scribit Original Marker the cap will never be too tight since this was produced to fit inside the penholder.
